Hi! My name is Jennifer Adolfs and I am the founder of
Pilates-Back-Joint-Exercise. Let me ask you a few questions...

Pilates-Back-Joint-Exercise Search

When your back isn't working right, nothing in your life works right.
Most of the aches and pains you are experiencing are absolutely
preventable and can be easily treated in their early stages.
With proper stretching and strengthening techniques using Pilates-based
movement theories you can begin to develop a healthier looking and
feeling body that you once had and are still intended to have.
Pilates-Back-Joint-Exercise believes, as Joseph Pilates did, that
physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness, and that movement
will not only improve your physique, but your outlook as well.
Just as his focus was on helping people be the best they could be in
their body, I also see movement and exercise as an art.
To take a body and transform it so that the person can move strong and
free and function as the body was intended is a wonderful masterpiece.
Sometimes I even feel like I'm directing an orchestra as I use hand and
body movements to get the best posture and form I can muster out of my
clients.
Often they even surprise themselves with the graceful and flowing
movements they never thought they could perform.
- Pilates movements are energizing and transforming.
You only need to repeat each Pilates exercise 4 - 6 times with good
quality, they don't weigh you down, they aren't painful, and Pilates
movements have positive permanent effects.
Re-alignment of the body, strength, flexibility, improved posture and
balance are a few of the benefits you will notice.
People even asked me if I had grown taller after a few months of
practicing Pilates. I was a bit over 30 years old! I sure hope I wasn't
still growing.
When you are mindful of how you are exercising and what you are feeling
your subconscious mind picks up on this. Eventually the mind will
remember how to move more fluently and without pain in your activities
of daily living, as well as whatever sport you may enjoy.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
